Shandong WIT Dyne Health's (SHE:000915) chief financial officer, Wang Wei, resigned due to retirement, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Chinese pharmaceutical company's general manager, Yang Jie, will act as CFO until Wang's successor is named, the disclosure said.

Shares of the company rose more than 1% at the close.
