CapitaLand Development, a development arm of CapitaLand (SGX:9CI), sold 99% of all the units offered in the launch of the third phase of the Lumi Hanoi in Vietnam after selling 678 out of 697 units, according to a company release on Monday.
During the first and second launch phases, the developer had sold over 3,100 units. In total, 3,921 out of 3,950 units have been sold with two-bedroom and three-bedroom units topping the sales.
The developer aims to sell 27,000 residential units in Vietnam by 2028.
Lumi Hanoi is a joint venture between CapitaLand Development, Far East Organization and Mitsubishi Estate (TYO:8802).
