Superloop (ASX:SLC) achieved the second milestone in a six-year exclusive wholesale internet services contract with Origin Energy Retail, part of Origin Energy (ASX:ORG), according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The internet provider has surpassed 130,000 Origin broadband subscribers onboarded into Superloop's network, the filing said.

The company expects to complete the transition by Oct. 31, the filing added.

Superloop's shares closed down by more than 1% on Monday, while Origin Energy shares were marginally lower.
