Hatten Land (SGX:PH0), currently under interim judicial management, was granted an extension to hold its annual general meeting for FY2024 until March 31, 2025, from the current deadline of Oct. 31, 2024.
The company was also given until April 30, 2025, to publish its FY24 annual results, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since Aug. 6.
