Singapore Land Group (SGX:U06) completed the disposal of UIC Land through its wholly owned subsidiary, UIC Development, to Spark 61, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The proposed sale represents 13,000,000 shares in the capital of UIC Land for a total consideration of around SG$125 million.
