CDL Hospitality Trusts (SGX:J85) expanded its operations in the UK with the acquisition of Hotel Indigo Exeter from Hotel Exe Limited and Plaza Retail for 19.4 million pounds, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The boutique hotel has 104 rooms, spa and gym facilities along with two retail units.
The acquisition of the hotel will be complete once certain conditions are met, according to the filing.
