Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:CRPU) recorded 276.1 million yuan in sales across its four outlets in China during the Golden Week from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This represents a nearly 28% year-on-year increase and a 55% jump from pre-pandemic levels in 2019.
The Chongqing (Liangjiang) Outlet led with 145.3 million yuan in sales, up nearly 45% year on year. Sasseur REIT's performance outpaced a 9% growth in China's overall retail sales during the holiday.
