Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN) said Wednesday Chief Executive Bill Mulligan will retire at the end of January.
The company named George Guo as Mulligan's successor, and as a member of its board of directors effective Oct. 11, and said Mulligan will help with the transition until his departure.
