H2G Green (SGX:5AI) reported memoranda of agreement signed by its subsidiaries, Gashubunited Utility and Green Energy Investment Holding, with several companies to add to its energy supply chain, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Gashubunited Utility entered into a partnership with Carbon Impact Capital to develop carbon reduction and removal projects and to negotiate acquisition of carbon credit. It also signed an agreement with CNERG, a company that supports organizations in achieving carbon neutrality.
The company also entered into an MoU with MIURA to help customers adopt green fuel solutions and to transition to LNG boilers.
An MoU was signed with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group (TYO:7011) to secure combined heat and power projects in Singapore.
The company's subsidiary, Green Energy Investment Holding, signed an agreement with X Carbon for the sale of carbon credits generated from the subsidiary's plant at 51 Shipyard Crescent, which converts biomass waste to hydrogen.
Green Energy Investment also signed an agreement with Hydrexia Singapore, which will see the latter invest in a hydrogen refueling station for trucks, buses and other vehicles.
Shares of the energy services company surged over 9% in recent trading.
