Artgo (HKG:3313) appointed Suya WWC CPA as its auditor with effect from Friday and to hold office until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The appointment followed the resignation of Elite Partners CPA from the same post due to multiple factors including Elite Partners' available internal resources.

The marble stones miner and trader's shares closed over 8% higher on Friday.
