Guangzhou R&F Properties (HKG:2777) recorded total contracted sales of 824 million yuan and gross floor area sales of 69,900 square meters for September, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The company made 7.93 billion yuan in contracted sales with a gross floor area of 601,400 square meters for the period ending on Sept. 30.
The property developer's shares were up over 6% on Friday's close.
