China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group (HKG:1253) has hired HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng as its new auditor, a Friday bourse disclosure stated.
HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng replaces Ernst & Young (E&Y) as the latter resigned as the landscape architecture services provider's auditor in June.
Shares of the company closed nearly 12% higher on Friday.
