Interra Resources (SGX:5GI) subscribed for 24,258,333 shares in Morella Corp. (ASX:1MC), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The shares represent about 8% of Morella's issued share capital, the filing said.

The share subscription is pursuant to a placement of shortfall shares and free-attaching shortfall options of Morella following a non-renounceable rights issue disclosed Aug. 5.

The purchase price of these shares is AU$0.36 per share and the company has paid a subscription amount of AU$873,300 for the subscription, according to the filing.
