Yeo Hiap Seng's (SGX:Y03) subsidiary, YHS Investment acquired an additional 21.1 million shares in Vitasoy International (HKG:0345) at a market price of HK$6.34 per share, for a total consideration of HK$133.8 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

Following the transaction, YHS' interest in Vitasoy has increased to 38,698,000 shares.
