Neusoft Education Technology's (HKG:9616) Dalian Neusoft University of Information entered into land use rights contracts with Dalian Natural Resources Bureau for two land parcels, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The first site has a land area of 25,176.95 square meters with use rights for 40 years. The consideration, 253.5 million yuan, has been fully settled.
The second site has a land area of 2,906.32 square meters and was purchased for 13 million yuan.
Both land parcels are in the Donggou Area, High-tech Industrial Zone, Dalian City, Liaoning. They are adjacent to Dalian Neusoft University's main campus and practical training base.
In an Oct. 13 filing, Neusoft said it bought the new sites to carry out campus expansion projects for Dalian University and the construction of Neuedu Healthcare Technology Park.
