Q Technology (Group) (HKG:1478) said it decided to terminate the proposed spin-off of its unit due to the current market conditions and withdraw Kunshan QTech Microelectronics' public listing request from the Shenzhen bourse, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Monday.
On Dec. 8, 2022, the company decided to list Kunshan QT China separately through the issuance and offering of new shares.
