State Gas (ASX:GAS) said Richard Cottee will retire as chair at the end of the company's Nov. 21 annual general meeting, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Director Philip St Baker is expected to succeed as chair subject to his reelection at the meeting, the oil and gas firm said in the filing.
