Katrina Group (SGX:1A0) entered into a strategic collaboration with Lotte GRS to bring the Korean company's hamburger chain, Lotteria, to Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Through a non-binding term sheet, both parties will work towards finalizing definitive terms of the franchise.
Shares of the food and beverage company soared nearly 41% in recent trading.
