Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) has agreed to extend the period for Chong Thim Pheng to provide the company with a purchaser's written notice in relation to the sale of 300 million shares in PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia.
The extension will be carried out on a monthly basis for a period of a maximum of seven months, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
In November 2023, the company's unit, Wilton Resources Holdings, had reached an agreement with Chong Thim Pheng to sell 300 million shares in PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia, another subsidiary of the company.
Other than the extension, all other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, the filing said.
