Prudential (HKG:2378) applied to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange to list 2.63 billion new ordinary shares.
The insurer will issue the new shares in connection with the scrip dividend alternative for the 2024 first interim dividend, according to a Tuesday disclosure with the Hong Kong Exchange.
