Tin production from the Renison Project rose by 16% to 2,899 tonnes in the three months ended Sept. 30 from 2,506 in the previous quarter, according to a Wednesday disclosure by Greentech Technology International (HKG:0195).
The project mined 196,999 tonnes of ore and processed 155,562 tonnes during the September quarter.
The grade of ore mined fell by 0.15 percentage points to around 1.9%, while the average quarterly recoveries increased to 79% from 74% in the previous quarter.
Greentech has a 50% equity interest in the Renison project through unit YT Parksong Australia. Metals X (ASX:MLX) owns the remaining 50% through its 50% stake in Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture.
Shares of Greentech closed nearly 36% lower on Wednesday.
