Lisi Group (HKG:0526) said the distribution of a circular containing further details of the transactions regarding the National Trust Financial Products, 2025 Export and Import Agency Agreements, Independent Board Committee recommendation and a letter of advice from the independent financial adviser will be delayed as it needs more time to finalize certain required information.
The board said the dispatch is expected to be postponed until Friday, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
