Keppel REIT's (SGX:K71U) distributable income from operations slipped 2.1% to SG$145.6 million in nine months ended September from SG$148.6 million a year earlier.
Net property income was up nearly 11% to SG$148.5 million from SG$134.0 million in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Property income was up 12.3% year over to SG$193.7 million from SG$172.6 million.
The occupancy rate stood at 97.6% as of June 30, the filing stated.
