Digital Core REIT's (SGX:DCRU) distributable income attributable to unitholders was up 9.7% year over year in the nine months to Sept. 30 to $34.5 million from $31.5 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
Net property income was down 11.3% year over year to $45.3 million from $51.0 million, the filing said.
The REIT's revenue decreased 9.7% on-year to $72.0 million from $79.7 million, according to the filing.
Occupancy as of Sept. 30 stood at 93%.
