Biolidics (SGX:8YY) completed the acquisition of Shenzhen Xiaozhao Network Technology through its wholly owned subsidiary, Embracing Future E-Sports, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
The move is part of the company's aim to enhance its penetration in the e-sports industry.
Shares of the medical services company surged nearly 13% in recent trading.
