Bradaverse Education (Int'l) Investments Group's (HKG:1082) subsidiary GO VR Creative Technology (Shenzhen) entered into a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Heyang Technological Innovation on Aug. 26.
The parties also entered into a supplemental agreement on Tuesday with both agreements aiming to promote AI-enabled educational reform and innovation alongside high-end vocational training business, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The parties will collaborate to develop and sell educational products including establishment of a training center in Shenzhen, combining their course contents, and employing AI technology to develop and promote enhanced and more efficient education system.
Heyang Technological Innovation will introduce an initial customer base for the cooperation, comprising of China Rare Earth Group and iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) among others.
