Yunfeng Financial Group (HKG:0376) appointed its executive director, Huang Xin, as its interim chief executive officer, with effect from Friday, following the resignation of Fang Lin from the CEO post, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Fang resigned due to reasons related to his family, the filing said. Huang will serve as the company's CEO until the company finds a suitable candidate for the CEO post.
