Don Agro International's (SGX:GRQ) wholly owned subsidiary, JSC Tetra, entered into a short term loan agreement with LLC SGC Blagovar for an amount of 100.0 million Russian rubles, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.

Proceeds from the loan will be used towards the company's working capital purposes. The loan will be repaid in full on or before Aug. 31, 2025, the filing said.
