Mach7 Technologies (ASX:M7T) signed AU$4.3 million in license expansion and renewals, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The license expansion, with a total contract value of AU$2.5 million, was for the eUnity Viewer and Vendor Neutral Archive with an existing key customer in the US. This will contribute AU$1.3 million in software revenue in the fiscal second quarter of 2025 and raise annual recurring revenue by AU$244,000 for the next five years.

The first renewal was for a AU$1.2 million capital license that is expected to add AU$600,000 in software revenue in fiscal Q2 and increase annual recurring revenue by AU$54,000 for the next five years. The second renewal involved the conversion of a capital license to a subscription license for a total contract value of AU$600,000 which will add AU$60,000 in annual recurring revenue for the next five years.
