Chasen Holdings' (SGX:5NV) indirect subsidiary, REI Promax Technologies, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Wee Teck Wee for the disposal of a 90% stake in Suzhou Promax Communication Technology, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The subsidiary incurred a loss of SG$4.2 million in fiscal 2024. The disposal allows the company to limit future losses.
