Camsing Healthcare (SGX:BAC) has outlined its intentions to change its auditors to Foo Kon Tan from Crowe Horwath First Trust, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The proposed change is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting, the filing said.
