Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) and Powerlong Commercial Management (HKG:9909) appointed KTC Partners as their auditor, effect Oct. 28 until the conclusion of the companies' next annual general meetings, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The appointment came after Elite Partners resigned as the auditor of the companies on Sept. 3.
Powerlong Real Estate's shares closed nearly 2% higher, while Powerlong Commercial Management closed 4% higher on Monday.
