CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) divested Citadines Karasuma-Gojo Kyoto in Japan for around 6.18 billion yen, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Oct. 9.

The 124-unit property was divested at 40.1% above book value.

Net proceeds came in at 4.4 billion yen with the trust recognizing a net gain of 900 million yen, the filing said.
