Gome Retail (HKG:0493) appointed KTC Partners as its auditor effective from Monday until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment came following the resignation of Elite Partners as the company's auditor due to issues related to the availability of its internal resources.
The electrical appliance retailer's shares closed over 4% higher on Monday.
