Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) appointed Wang Peng as the trust's chief executive officer, effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Wang previously served as the company's acting CEO, the filing said.
Meanwhile, Lyu Guoliang has been appointed as the trust's chairman of the board, with the same effective date as Wang's appointment. He succeeded Kong Weipeng in the role, according to the filing.
