Delta Air Lines $(DAL)$ and Crowdstrike $(CRWD)$: The carrier sued the cybersecurity company over the global tech outage in July that grounded thousands of flights. The lawsuit accused CrowdStrike of gross negligence.
Earnings coming up include ON Semiconductor $(ON)$ before the opening bell, and Ford Motor $(F)$ and Waste Management $(WM)$ after the close.
Douglas Elliman $(DOUG)$: The brokerage's board pushed its chief executive to resign following concerns about a sexually charged work culture, The Wall Street Journal reported. The stock dropped 9% in off hours trading.
Koninklijke Philips $(PHG)$, (NL:PHIA): The Dutch heathtech company cuts its annual sales growth target due to weak demand in China. Shares dropped around 17% in Europe.
China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group (HK:708): Talks to sell a stake in the defaulted Chinese property developer's EV unit fell through. Shares fell nearly 9% in Hong Kong.
