Kontoor Brands' board has raised the apparel maker's quarterly dividend by 4%, to 52 cents from 50 cents.
The new payout, equal to $2.08 a year, represents an annual yield of about 2.72% based on Thursday's closing price of $76.61, up from 2.61%.
The Greensboro, N.C., company on Friday said the increased dividend is payable Dec. 19 to shareholders of record Dec. 9.
