Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group's (HKG:1065) subsidiary Shandong agreed to be engaged by Tianjin Eco-city Environmental Protection to dispose of the hazardous waste from the Environmental Pollution Treatment Project of Industrial Solid Waste Sources, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Tianjin Eco-city Environmental Protection is an associate company of Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group.
Under the agreement, Shandong will collect about 10,000 tons of waste from the project site in Shikou Industrial Park, Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong, and finish treating it by June 30, 2025, for a fee of 8 million yuan.
