1239 ET - Planet Fitness hiring Jay Stasz to be its next CFO should quell some investor uncertainty about the gym operator's direction heading into 2025, Piper Sandler analysts Korinne Wolfmeyer and Sarah Morin say in a research note. Stasz has 25 years of experience in retail and consumer-facing businesses. He is expected to bring some positive energy and a focus on growth, the analysts say. Investors will now be looking to see how the relatively new management team, including CEO Colleen Keating who joined earlier this year, can execute on strategic changes to the business, they say.
