Talga Group (ASX:TLG) confirmed that the Environmental and Natura 2000 permit for its Nunasvaara South natural graphite mine, part of its Vittangi Anode project, is in force after the Swedish Supreme Court dismissed all requests for leave to appeal the permit, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The board is set to approve a final investment decision on the project after finalizing customer offtake agreements and financing structures, with construction expected to take 18 to 24 months to first production, the filing said.
Shares rose more than 49% in morning trade Thursday.
