Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology (HKG:1157, SHE:000157) recorded a net profit attributable to equity shareholders of around 851.0 million yuan for the third quarter of the year, 4.42% higher than the corresponding period last year, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Earnings per share stood at 0.10 yuan for the three months ended Sept. 30, 11.11% higher compared with the year-ago period.
The construction and agricultural machinery manufacturer's operating income for the quarter was 9.85 billion yuan, 13.89% lower than a year ago.
The company's shares were up over 1% on Wednesday's close.
