Novocure Names Christoph Brackmann Chief Financial Officer

Novocure has hired Christoph Brackmann as the oncology company's next chief financial officer.

Novocure on Wednesday said Brackmann, who was previously senior vice president of finance at Moderna, joins the Switzerland-based company immediately as a senior financial adviser and will become finance chief on Jan. 1, when Ashley Cordova is slated to become chief executive.

Novocure said Brackmann will receive an annual base salary of 450,000 Swiss francs ($519,000) and is eligible for an annual cash bonus with a target of 60% of his base pay.
