COSCO Shipping Ports (HKG:1199) recorded a profit attributable to equity holders of $81.9 million for the third quarter of 2024, 1.7% lower than 83.3 million logged a year ago, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Earnings per share stood at $0.0223 for the three months ended Sept. 30, 6.3% lower than $0.0238 from the year-ago period.
The ports and terminals operator's revenue for the quarter came in at around $399.0 million, 11.2% higher than 358.9 million logged for the third quarter last year.
The company's shares closed nearly 3% lower on Wednesday.
