On a per-share basis, the Ridgefield, Connecticut-based company said it had profit of 34 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 36 cents per share.
The distributor of specialty food products posted revenue of $931.5 million in the period.
Chefs' Warehouse expects full-year revenue in the range of $3.71 billion to $3.78 billion.
Chefs' Warehouse shares have increased 40% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
