1016 ET - Regardless of who wins the U.S. election next week, "we have entered an era of larger fiscal deficits, greater government intervention, more strategic industrial policy and more protectionism," TS Lombard's Dario Perkins writes. But he leans against worst-case scenarios. "As long as US bonds retain their basic safe-haven properties, we are not facing a sudden blowout in the term premium."
