Leader Environmental Technologies'(SGX:LS9) 66.66% subsidiary, Nti Memtech, entered into a joint investment agreement with Innovamem Holdings for a high performance membrane production company, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
Both companies will invest around SG$2 million each in the joint venture company, Nti Tech.
The manufacturing facility will develop and produce high-end membrane product and systems without using harmful chemicals.
