Meta Platforms (META) and Cornerstone OnDemand, a cloud-based provider of workforce management tools, have formed a strategic partnership focused on immersive learning and extended reality, or XR, Cornerstone said Wednesday.
The partnership aims to improve the process of onboarding and upskilling employees and accelerate the "democratization" of immersive learning using Meta's artificial intelligence and core XR technologies, the company said.
