IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued additional shares pursuant to its enterprise option scheme, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
The company issued 185,000 shares at an issue price of 6.0200 ringgit per share, 12,000 shares at 5.7900 ringgit per share, 40,000 shares at an issue price of 5.9200 ringgit per share and 30,000 shares at an issue price of 5.8700 ringgit per share.
The shares will be listed on the SGX on Oct. 30, the filing said.
