Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) completed a AU$20 million cash realization of a small portion of its investment in SiteMinder (ASX:SDR), while retaining 82% of its holding, through a trade at an average price of AU$6.65 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The company will hold 4.9% of shares in SiteMinder and will file a notice with the ASX ceasing to be a substantial holder of SiteMinder upon completion of the transaction on Friday, the filing said.
