China BlueChemical (HKG:3983) said Hou Xiaofeng was appointed board chairman, effective Oct. 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Hou, who is an executive director, previously performed the duties of the chairman.
The board also appointed Mazars ZSZH and Forvis Mazars as the company's new domestic and overseas auditors. BDO China Shu Lun Pan and BDO previously resigned as the company's auditors.
